Ingredients:
1- Hexa Spicy Fried Chicken Premix
2- Desire Marinated Chicken Part
3- Water
Directions:
1. Preheat deep fryer to 163oC
2. Combine 1 part Hexa Spicy Fried Chicken Premix and 1.5 part water.
3. Mix well.
4. Dip chicken parts in batter.
5. Coat chicken in Hexa Spicy Fried Chicken Premix
6. Fry Chicken parts in pre-heated deep fryer.
7. Fry till chicken parts is floating surface and golden in color. Perfect fried chicken is ready.
